ByAven does not sell your personal informationfor monetary value. We also do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Even though we do not sell or share personal information in the traditional sense, California residents have the right to formally opt-out. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Global Privacy Control (Automatic)
If your browser or extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, ByAven automatically honors it. We will not enable analytics or marketing cookies, and your visit will be treated as an opt-out request — no action required.
Browsers and extensions that support GPC include: Brave, DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser, Privacy Badger, and OptMeowt.

Option 3 — Email Request
Send an email to privacy@byaven.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”. Please include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your ByAven account (if any)
- Confirmation that you are a California resident
We will process your request within 15 business days as required by CCPA.
Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on their behalf. The agent must provide written authorization from you and verify their own identity.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will continue to receive the same quality and level of service regardless of whether you opt out.
